Geared towards middle and high school students, but open to all ages, the Levine Flute Intensive is a comprehensive musical experience for flute students with at least two years of playing experience and by recommendation of your teacher. Students will enjoy community within our own flute choirs – a junior-level and a senior-level – and connect with other students through chamber music with clarinet and trumpet camp students. Enjoy a myriad of engaging master classes, recitals, and so much more! Guest artist Dr. Julietta Curenton has established herself as an educator, soloist, chamber musician and orchestral player. The Levine Flute Intensive gives a glimpse of the fun and music Levine flute students enjoy all year long.

• Participate and perform in a variety of large ensembles (a junior-level and a senior-level flute choir), enjoy chamber music opportunities with clarinet and trumpet camp students, and learn in master classes led by distinguished faculty.
• Engage with Levine faculty and guest artists in optional private lessons.
• Expand our musical knowledge within various cultural and popular music styles.
• Explore the world of flute repair with world-renowned flute makers.
• Make friends and build a supportive social and musical community through fun, team-building activities.
